This Woodland Hills Cottage is charming and quaint with a nice large back patio to entertain your family and friends. Whether it’s grilling on the BBQ or relaxing under the trees this cottage offers an escape to the busy streets of LA. The renovated kitchen has stainless steel appliances and the bedrooms have king sized beds. This is the perfect place to relax.

3rd bedroom has a private entrance. It is a separate suite.
Stays 30 Days or more:
Utilities- are additional for only DWP and gas utilities. We require a $750 -$1500 per month booked -resolution payment at the time of booking. We will deduct any excess utilities use from this at the end of your stay.

Other things to note

Monthly stays we charge $25-$50 per day depending the time of year for LA WP and SoCalGas.
