For rentals with term 30-day and longer we require a flat non-refundable utilities fee which is determined by the property size and season specific usage and paid upfront. If the extra days booked, the utilities bill portion will be prorated respectively with a reference to a 30-day period.
An unlikely circumstance of utilities over-usage could be a reason for an additional charge.
Alarm System: not offered with the listing. This is for owner use only when property is vacant.
We also recommend buying a damage protection policy $119 for $5000 worth of coverage. This will protect guest against damages covered in this policy.
This home is pet friendly and there is a $250 pet cleaning fee. This fee is per pet.
