Pool heating: Pool heating is $189 per day each day you booked; 3-day minimum. Please let us know what days and times you want the pool heated so we can schedule it for your stay. Above ground SPA heating is included to the reservation.
BBQ: Please note we provide a BBQ grill and empty propane tanks. If you would like our staff to fill up the propane tank for you it’s $69/per tank. Otherwise, the tanks can be filled at a nearby propane gas station or store for only the cost of the propane. Please let us know if you have any questions.
Keys: Any Missing keys to the property will be subjected to a $150 fee per set of keys.
Clickers: Any gate/garage clickers missing to the property will be subjected to a $100 per clicker
Please be aware that there is an additional monthly utility fee, which may vary based on the season.
This home is pet friendly and there is a $250 pet cleaning fee. This fee is per pet.
