About this space

This is an absolutely brand newly remodeled four bedroom three full bathrooms home. Three of the bedrooms have king beds and televisions. One of the bedrooms has a queen bunk bed with a twin bed on top. Everything is clean and new in this home. This is a wonderful gated one story handicap accessible home. It’s a wonderful location if you want to go to universal studios or Hollywood or the beach. This home is also gated for added security.

The space

This beautiful one-story home features an open hardwood floor plan with large bedrooms and an outside patio are perfect for comfortable stays in LA.

Guest access

Guests will have access to the entire property outside of a small restricted area in the back.

Other things to note

ADU-Currently we are finalizing a and additional living space. Monday through Friday 9 to 5 the painter would be in the garage area painting. This garage which is not a part of the listing. We have lowered the pricing 40% to accommodate the adu.
UTILITIES – LADWP/SoCal Gas. For rentals with term 30-day and longer we require a flat non-refundable utilities fee which is determined by the property size and season specific usage and paid upfront. If the extra days booked, the utilities bill portion will be prorated respectively with a reference to a 30-day period.
An unlikely circumstance of utilities over-usage could be a reason for an additional charge.

We also recommend buying a damage protection policy $99 for $5000 worth of coverage. This will protect guest against damages covered in this policy.

NO PETS – Pets are NOT permitted on the property under any conditions unless agreed upon in advance with an additional deposit of $250 minimum.
Additional Pet fees may apply up to $750/per pet, depending on the size and breed.

UNAUTHORIZED FILMING – if unauthorized filming in the property happens during your stay without our written permission, you will be billed up to $5000/day.
