Spacious and elegant, this four-bedroom home is located in a prestigious, safe area south of the blvd-Here you’ll have the best of both worlds— a central location close to restaurants and shopping combined with the exclusive privacy. Enjoy pristine cleanliness, newly furnished home. Heated pool and spa 2 master bedrooms with en suite remodel, gorgeous bathrooms and King beds!

Other things to note

Pool heating:

Pool Heating is at an additional cost of $199/day with a 4 day minimum. It takes a day to heat the pool so let us know 48 hrs before check in if you want the pool heated and and at what temperature. *89-96 is recommended. You will be billed from the time the gas heater goes on.
Spa- is an additional cost of $49/Per day

BBQ:

Please note we provide a BBQ grill and empty propane tanks. If you would like our staff to fill up the propane tank for you it’s $69/per tank. Otherwise, the tanks can be filled at a nearby propane gas station or store for only the cost of the propane. Please let us know if you have any questions.

Keys:

Any Missing keys to the property will be subjected to a $150 fee per set of keys.

Clickers:

Any gate/garage clickers missing to the property will be subjected to a $100 per clicker

PETS – additional deposit of $250 minimum.
Additional Pet fees may apply up to $750/per pet, depending on the size and breed.


UNAUTHORIZED FILMING – if unauthorized filming in the property happens during your stay without our written permission, you will be billed up to $5000/day.
