Other things to note
Pool heating:
1/Pool Heating is at an additional cost of $129/day with a 4-day minimum heated in the row during months of Spring/Summer. The pool is very deep and large. It takes up to a day to heat the pool which will be billed as day one. Please let us know 48 hrs before check-in if you want the pool heated and at what temperature. *86-89F is recommended.
BBQ:
Please note we provide a BBQ grill and empty propane tanks. If you would like our staff to fill up the propane tank for you it’s $69/per tank. Otherwise, the tanks can be filled at a nearby propane gas station or store for only the cost of the propane. Please let us know if you have any questions.
Keys:
Any Missing keys to the property will be subjected to a $150 fee per set of keys.
PETS – additional deposit of $250 minimum.
Additional Pet fees may apply up to $750/per pet, depending on the size and breed.
UNAUTHORIZED FILMING – if unauthorized filming in the property happens during your stay without our written permission, you will be billed up to $5000/day.
Utilities, 30 day stays:
Utilities will be billed separately to the Resolution Center for monthly stays. $39-$69/day without pool heating. Utility cost will be based on current rates. Please let us know if you would like to pool heat for your stay. It will be $249/day additional for the days the pool heater would be running.
