Pool heating: The pool requires advance notice for heating, as it takes time to reach the desired temperature depending on weather conditions.
Spa heating is $79 per session (1-4 hours) and pool heating (spa heating is automatically included) is $179 per day each day you booked; 2-day minimum (as it takes one day to heat).

For rentals of 30 days or longer, a flat, non-refundable utilities fee is required. This fee is calculated based on the size of the property and seasonal usage, and must be paid upfront.

This home is pet friendly and there is a $250 pet cleaning fee. This fee is per pet.

BBQ: Please note we provide a BBQ grill and empty propane tanks. If you would like our staff to fill up the propane tank for you it’s $69/per tank. Otherwise, the tanks can be filled at a nearby propane gas station or store for only the cost of the propane. Please let us know if you have any questions.

Keys: Any Missing keys to the property will be subjected to a $150 fee per set of keys.

Clickers: Any gate/garage clickers missing to the property will be subjected to a $100 per clicker.
