This absolutely astonishing home has it all. A unicorn.This is the most awesome place to stay. This is absolutely a household favorite for homes we represent here. This house has it all. It has an epic steam shower in the master along with an awesome Jacuzzi tub. This oasis house is gated and comes equipped with brand new gorgeous new modern furniture -all of the bedrooms have king beds. Enjoy a basketball ct, gorgeous pool and spa, a little golf course area, outdoor dining and complete privacy.

Other things to note

Pool heating:

Pool Heating is at an additional cost of $269/day with a 4 day minimum. It takes a day to heat the pool so let us know 48 hrs before check in if you want the pool heated and and at what temperature. *89-96 is recommended. spa heating is $59/day. Take 1 hour to heat. We will assist with the pool and spa heater.

Please note if pool heating is purchased the guest is responsible to check and make sure the pool heater is on over night as this is not an app controlled pool heater.

BBQ:

Please note we provide a BBQ grill and empty propane tanks. If you would like our staff to fill up the propane tank for you it’s $69/per tank. Otherwise, the tanks can be filled at a nearby propane gas station or store for only the cost of the propane. Please let us know if you have any questions.

Keys:

Any Missing keys to the property will be subjected to a $150 fee per set of keys.

Clickers:

Any gate/garage clickers missing to the property will be subjected to a $100 per clicker

PETS – additional deposit of $250 minimum.
Additional Pet fees may apply up to $750/per pet, depending on the size and breed.

Monthly stays have a base utilities fee $1799/month


UNAUTHORIZED FILMING – if unauthorized filming in the property happens during your stay without our written permission, you will be billed up to $5000/day.
