Pool heating:
Pool Heating is at an additional daily cost (depends on season) with a 3 day minimum. It takes a day to heat the pool so let us know 48 hrs before check in if you want the pool heated and and at what temperature. *89-96 is recommended.
BBQ:
Please note we provide a BBQ grill and empty propane tanks. If you would like our staff to fill up the propane tank for you we can do it for an additional fee. Otherwise, the tanks can be filled at a nearby propane gas station or store for only the cost of the propane. Please let us know if you have any questions.
Keys:
Any Missing keys to the property will be subjected to a $150 fee per set of keys.
Clickers:
Any gate/garage clickers missing to the property will be subjected to a $150 per clicker
PETS – additional deposit of $250 minimum.
Additional Pet fees may apply up to $750/per pet, depending on the size and breed.
