Other things to note
UTILITIES – LADWP/SoCal Gas. For rentals with term 30-day and longer we require a $400 flat non-refundable utilities fee which is determined by the property size and season specific usage and paid upfront. If the extra days booked, the utilities bill portion will be prorated respectively with a reference to a 30-day period.
An unlikely circumstance of utilities over-usage could be a reason for an additional charge.
We also recommend buying a damage protection policy $119 for $5000 worth of coverage. This will protect guest against damages covered in this policy.
