This Oasis is a stunning spacious remodeled one story large modern gated home. Bring the whole gang to this great place with lots of room for pool side fun. Enjoy an evening swim in the beautiful blue lite pool. The bedrooms are large and comfortable. There are two stunning, living rooms, a gorgeous remodeled kitchen and all brand new stunning furniture and appliances throughout. Modern yet comfortable. Plenty of parking with a two car garage and a three car carport. This property has it all.

Other things to note

Pool heating:

Pool Heating is at an additional cost of $249/day with a 4day minimum. It takes a day to heat the pool so let us know 48 hrs before check in if you want the pool heated and and at what temperature. *89-96 is recommended.

BBQ:

Please note we provide a BBQ grill and empty propane tanks. If you would like our staff to fill up the propane tank for you it’s $69/per tank. Otherwise, the tanks can be filled at a nearby propane gas station or store for only the cost of the propane. Please let us know if you have any questions.

Keys:

Any Missing keys to the property will be subjected to a $150 fee per set of keys.

Clickers:

Any gate/garage clickers missing to the property will be subjected to a $100 per clicker
