Step outside into your private resort-style backyard, featuring a beautifully lit pool, a shaded patio with outdoor dining, a BBQ grill, and plenty of space for lounging and soaking up the California sun. It’s the perfect setting for both daytime fun and evening gatherings.

Inside, one of the living rooms has been transformed into a game zone, complete with a new pool table/ping pong combo, offering hours of fun for guests of all ages.

Other things to note
Pool heating:
Pool heating is $199 per day each day you booked; 3-day minimum (as it takes one day to heat).
Please let us know what days and times you want the pool heated so we can schedule it for your stay.
Monthly Rentals: Have a utility fee of $25-$65/day fee depending on the season.
BBQ:
Please note we provide a BBQ grill and empty propane tanks. If you would like our staff to fill up the propane tank for you it’s $69/per tank. Otherwise, the tanks can be filled at a nearby propane gas station or store for only the cost of the propane. Please let us know if you have any questions.
PETS: This home is pet friendly and there is a $250 pet cleaning fee. This fee is per pet.
Keys: Any Missing keys to the property will be subjected to a $150 fee per set of keys.
Clickers: Any gate/garage clickers missing to the property will be subjected to a $100 per clicker
