Welcome to your NoHo awesome Summer stay! This brand new to Airbnb-tastefully partially remodeled property offers everything you may need to set up a perfect set for any occasion. With an ultra private front & backyard including an extra large grass area, modern pool design with spa, and outdoor dining and seating areas. You can come to your home away from home and relax.

Other things to note

Pool heating:

Pool Heating is at an additional cost of $139/day with a 4 day minimum. It takes a day to heat the pool so let us know 48 hrs before check in if you want the pool heated and and at what temperature. *89-96 is recommended.
Spa $44/per day

BBQ:

Please note we provide a BBQ grill and empty propane tanks. If you would like our staff to fill up the propane tank for you it’s $69/per tank. Otherwise, the tanks can be filled at a nearby propane gas station or store for only the cost of the propane. Please let us know if you have any questions.

Keys:

Any Missing keys to the property will be subjected to a $150 fee per set of keys.

Clickers:

Any gate/garage clickers missing to the property will be subjected to a $100 per clicker

PETS – additional deposit of $250 minimum.

Utilities : utilities run between $35 and $75 a day depending on the time of the year. Not including pool heating. Pool heating is an additional $139 per day.
