Pool & Spa Heating:
Pool heating is available for an additional $179 per day (3-day minimum). When pool heating is purchased, spa heating is included. If you’d like to heat only the spa, the cost is $79 per day. Please note that it takes about 24 hours for the pool to fully heat, so kindly let us know at least 48 hours before check-in if you’d like heating activated — and at what temperature you prefer. We recommend a setting between 89°F and 96°F for optimal comfort.

BBQ: Please note we provide a BBQ grill and empty propane tanks. If you would like our staff to fill up the propane tank for you it’s $69/per tank. Otherwise, the tanks can be filled at a nearby propane gas station or store for only the cost of the propane. Please let us know if you have any questions.

Keys: Any Missing keys to the property will be subjected to a $150 fee per set of keys.

Clickers: Any gate/garage clickers missing to the property will be subjected to a $100 per clicker

For rentals of 30 days or longer, a flat, non-refundable utilities fee is required. This fee is calculated based on the size of the property and seasonal usage, and must be paid upfront.

This home is pet friendly and there is a $250 pet cleaning fee. This fee is per pet.
