Welcome to your own piece of paradise. This home features a new and updated kitchen, floors and a new primary bathroom. The home offers a modern design and has distinctive highlights throughout which include a huge backyard with a fireplace, plenty of outdoor seating, lounge chairs, games and a sparkling pool. This home is tucked away in an amazing Woodland Hills location. Hop over the hill to Malibu beach or cruise up the 101 to Universal Studios, Hollywood, Beverly Hills and so much more.

The space

NEW-Family Fun amenities: Ping Pong table, Darts, Cornhole and Foosball table are now available to create joyous memories.
Lubao Oasis has a beautiful house and guest house on a large lot that is perfect for large groups. This house features some amazing architectural qualities, and every detail of this gorgeous home was done with elegance and class. It has a quiet ambiance to allow you the opportunity to have a true getaway from the city. The master bedroom overlooks the backyard and pool. It offers Great freeway access, close to shopping and endless adventures.

Groups looking to accommodate 12-16 guests will need to rollaway beds which we may furnish at $125/each. These can be set up in varies locations through the home and will be in place at arrival with bedding and pillows.

Guest access

Guests will have access to the entire home and the grounds. House and guest house in its entirety.

Other things to note

Pool heating:

Pool Heating is available for $249/day with a 3 day minimum; this is highly recommended to take full advantage of the pool and spa. It takes one day to heat the pool so a 48 hr. notice is needed to ensure pool is ready for check-in. Pools can be set to a temp between 88-98 degrees, based on your request.

BBQ:

BBQ grill is provided but it is the responsibility of the guest to provide propane. If you would like the propane to be provided, simply let your host know and that may be ordered and ready for you for an additional fee of $69/per tank.

Keys:

Any Missing keys to the property will be subjected to a $150 fee per set of keys.

Daily housekeeping available per request at an additional fee.

Clickers:

Any gate/garage clickers missing to the property will be subjected to a $100 per clicker
