The pool is surrounded by impeccably landscaped grounds with manicured trees, creating a serene and private sanctuary. The spacious patio, shaded by lush greenery, is perfect for entertaining guests or enjoying tranquil evenings under the stars.
The property is surrounded by lush trees and vegetation, creating a beautiful, natural setting. Due to this, occasional leaves may find their way into the pool. While this is part of the charm of a green, serene environment, we do our best to manage it, our pool technician visits twice a week to ensure the pool stays clean and well-maintained.

Pool heating:
Pool Heating is at an additional cost of $299/day (huge pool) with a 3-day minimum. It takes a day to heat the pool so let us know 48 hrs. before checking in if you want the pool heated and at what temperature. *89-96 is recommended.

BBQ:
Please note we provide a BBQ grill and empty propane tanks. If you would like our staff to fill up the propane tank for you it’s $69/per tank. Otherwise, the tanks can be filled at a nearby propane gas station or store for only the cost of the propane. Please let us know if you have any questions.

Pets:
This home is pet friendly and there is a $250 pet cleaning fee. This fee is per pet.

Keys:
Any Missing keys to the property will be subjected to a $150 fee per set of keys.

Clickers:
Any gate/garage clickers missing to the property will be subjected to a $100 per clicker

For rentals with term 30-day and longer we require a flat non-refundable utilities fee which is determined by the property size and season specific usage and paid upfront.

Additional beds:
Please let us know 24 hours before your reservation if you would like us to make up the sofa sleeper so that it’s ready for your stay. Rollaway beds available at $99 each.
