Unwind at Sherman Oasis a one story comfortable family home in the most wonderful neighborhood in Sherman Oaks. Sherman Oaks is the best area of LA, by Beverly Hills, Studio City, Encino and all the best things. Chill in the Oasis yard enjoying a dip in the pool, bbq and fire pit. This home offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Comfort, location and a pool means you have it all!

Other things to note

Pool heating:

Pool Heating is at an additional cost of $229/day with a 4 day minimum. It takes a day to heat the pool so let us know 48 hrs before check in if you want the pool heated and and at what temperature. *89-96 is recommended.

BBQ:

Please note we provide a BBQ grill and empty propane tanks. If you would like our staff to fill up the propane tank for you it’s $69/per tank. Otherwise, the tanks can be filled at a nearby propane gas station or store for only the cost of the propane. Please let us know if you have any questions.

Keys:

Any Missing keys to the property will be subjected to a $150 fee per set of keys.

Clickers:

Any gate/garage clickers missing to the property will be subjected to a $100 per clicker

PETS – additional deposit of $250 minimum.
Additional Pet fees may apply up to $750/per pet, depending on the size and breed.

UTILITIES – LADWP/SoCal Gas. For rentals with term 30-day and longer we require a flat non-refundable utilities fee which is determined by the property size and season specific usage and paid upfront. If the extra days booked, the utilities bill portion will be prorated respectively with a reference to a 30-day period.
An unlikely circumstance of utilities over-usage could be a reason for an additional charge.


UNAUTHORIZED FILMING – if unauthorized filming in the property happens during your stay without our written permission, you will be billed up to $5000/day.
